The Hôtel de la Monnaie  is a 18th century monument. It is located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris on the Quai de Conti. Jacques Denis Antoine is the architect who carried out the construction work. It is the oldest French organizations. It aims to establish official decoration of the entire country.

On 30 April 1771, Abbot Terray, which is a Controller-General of Finance laid the first stone of the building.
