La Rotonde de la Villette is a large building at the opening of the site of the Battle of Stalingrad , in the district of La Villette in the 19th arrondissement of Paris . It is open every day except Monday , Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm, Saturdays from 12 am to 2 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 23 pm . It is accessible by lines 2 and 5 of the Metro Jaures and lines 2, 5 and 7 of the Stalingrad Metro Station .
