The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is located in the top of the hill Montmartre. It is attached to the Archdiocese of Paris. The Roman Catholic worship is celebrated. Sculptures and statues made by great artists adorn the interior of this basilica. Entry by the windows are sparkling light created between 1903 and 1920 but returned in good condition in 1946 following the bombing in 1944.
