I am writing from Australia. I booked my family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) before leaving home with Transfer-Private Paris for our airport transfer from Paris CDG to our hotel near Disneyland. Our driver Andrew was waiting for us in the arrivals area when we arrived and the vehicle was a very nice Vito which fit us all with luggage and stuff! A few days later, Sandra, the guard, even without prompting remembered our return reservation! Our second driver Jayavarman was early and the vehicle was as comfortable as before. In terms of price, it is 30% less than what the hotel was offering. In short, based on my good experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this company to all my friends and other travelers. Keep it up, truly exceptional service!

Trip private is a decent company to book transport either in advance or on the day. We booked online the same day we left the airport and received confirmation from customer service 5 minutes after submitting the booking! FAST!! The whole booking process is smooth and easy, no communication errors and the driver arrived on time! We have a total of 6 adults and the van was clean and tidy, no strange smell and very comfortable. The driver himself is very kind and professional, with a pleasant greeting and a nice smile! His driving was very good and safe and he got us to the airport safely! Highly recommend, fantastic service!

Not only did they arrive on time, but they also took into account that I booked a taxi for rush hour, so I even arrived early to make sure we didn’t have any traffic issues.
